Carers Support Bristol and South Gloucestershire is excited to introduce brand-new Walk and Talks designed to create safe, welcoming spaces for carers to connect, share experiences, and enjoy the benefits of gentle outdoor activity.

LGBTQ+ Carers Walk and Talk Group

This group provides a supportive space where LGBTQ+ carers can connect, share experiences, and take part in relaxing outdoor activities together.

Young Adult Carers Walk and Talk Group (Ages 18-25)

Being a young adult carer can sometimes feel isolating—but you’re not alone.

Our new Walk & Talk group is designed just for carers aged 18-25, offering a chance to take a break, meet others who understand, and enjoy time outdoors in a relaxed, friendly setting.

What’s different about this group?

  • Three one-to-one sessions – Talk about the support you need
  • Three group sessions – Meet and connect with others
  • Free refreshments & food after each session

Since this is a brand-new service, we’d love your input!
