Carers Support celebrates achievement of Level 2 in Trusted Charity Standard Certification

We're excited to share that we've been awarded the level 2 Trusted Charity Mark! This is a fantastic recognition of our commitment to providing quality support to carers and those who work with carers in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.  

Backed by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), the Trusted Charity Mark is a nationally recognised flexible and outcome-focused quality standard designed to help charities and voluntary organisations work more effectively and efficiently. Through a thorough evaluation process, the Trusted Standard checks how well charities serve their clients. Building on the Level 1 Standard, Level 2 shows that we're dedicated to delivering quality services and constantly looking to improve.

Following hard on the heels of the charity’s Silver Dementia Aware Award by the Bristol Dementia Action Alliance, the Level 2 Trusted Charity Mark confirms Carers Support’s dedication to improving their service to carers in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
